1. What CanduCardio is

CanduCardio is a personal, free, non-profit website run by Juan Carlos Benavides Ramirez (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina) that gathers in one place educational cardiology content published by scientific societies, institutions, journals, pharmaceutical and medical device companies and other authors. It includes CanduTV (health content for the general public), CanduClips (short videos), CanduAudio (podcasts) and CanduEvents (online events calendar). Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. Educational use: not medical advice

All content is for educational purposes only. It does not replace clinical judgment, a consultation with a health professional, or the guidelines and regulations in force where you are.
CanduCardio does not review or endorse the medical content of each video, clip or episode: its author is responsible for it. Before applying any information to a patient, check it against up-to-date sources.
In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Third-party content

CanduCardio does not host, download or copy videos or audio. It shows them embedded in each platform's official player (YouTube, Vimeo, Apple Podcasts), without hiding their branding, ads or controls, and always names the author with a link to the original source.
The rights to each piece of content belong to its authors. Each player is also subject to that platform's terms.
Translated titles and the short texts on each page are CanduCardio's own and are labelled as such; the original title always remains visible.
Industry content. Some educational videos come from the official channels of pharmaceutical and medical device companies. They are marked with an «Industry» label and a notice: their producer has a commercial interest in the topic and the information may be biased. Only educational content (diseases, mechanisms, technique, evidence) is included, not videos that promote products. CanduCardio has no commercial relationship with these companies and receives no payment for showing their videos. They are shown only in the sections for professionals (CanduCardio, CanduMed Professionals and CanduSchool Professionals), never in content for the general public.
CanduSchool. Courses are complete playlists published by a single institution on its official channel; CanduCardio finds and organizes them automatically and shows them with the official player. CanduSchool does not award certificates, credits, degrees or attendance records, and the authoring institutions are not affiliated with CanduCardio nor endorse the site. The progress you see (“watched lessons”) is only a study aid and is stored only in your browser.
Educators. Some videos and courses come from independent authors who teach health (doctors, nurses, technicians, teachers or science communicators). They are marked with an «Educator» label and a notice: their information has not been reviewed by a scientific society or by CanduCardio, and viewers should check it against clinical practice guidelines and official sources. CanduCardio finds and organizes them automatically and has no relationship with them.
Commercial medical education. Some free videos come from the official channels of medical education companies that also sell courses or subscriptions. They are marked with a «Commercial» label. CanduCardio receives no payment for showing them.
Links to third-party websites (event organizers, platforms, authors) are provided for reference: CanduCardio does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content.

4. Content removal

If you are the author or rights holder of any content and do not want it to appear on CanduCardio, use the removal form or email us at healthmundo@gmail.com. We remove it promptly, usually within 72 hours.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site freely and without registering. Attempting to access the admin panel, overloading the site with automated requests, or using it for unlawful purposes is not allowed.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability or of the accuracy of the data (titles, dates, languages, topics). Content may stop being available if its author deletes it or changes its settings. To the extent permitted by law, CanduCardio is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or of third-party content.

7. Privacy

CanduCardio uses no cookies and collects no visitor data, except what you voluntarily enter in the removal form. More information in the privacy policy.

8. Changes and governing law
